工作原理
如克涡凹曝气机生物池曝气未经处理的污水先进入回收机进行预处理，通过筛分过滤得到初步净化，回收的纤维及副产品可回用；处理后的污水泵送或自流至气浮机，并加入适当的絮凝剂凝聚。涡凹曝气机是利用空气输送管底部散气叶轮的高速转动在水中形成一个真空区，液面上的空气被吸入水中，微气泡随之产生，并螺旋型上升到上面，空气中的氧气也随着进入了水中。
由于汽水混合物和液体之间压力不平衡，产生了一个垂直向上的浮力，将纤维悬浮物带到液面。上浮在水面上的纤维悬浮物连续地被刮泥机清除，刮泥机沿着整个液面运动，并将悬浮物从气浮槽的进口端推到出口端，通过倾斜的金属板落入螺旋推进器，将所收集的污泥送入污泥处理机或直接回收。净化后污水在排放先经金属下方的出口进入溢流槽，溢流用来控制气浮槽的水位，以确保槽中的液体不会流入污泥排放管道内。开放的回流管道从充气段沿气浮槽底部伸展，气浮机会在有回流管的池底形成一个负压区，这种负压作用会使污水从池子的底部回流至充气区，然后又返回气浮段。这个过程确保了在没有流量的情况下，气浮仍不断进行。

是利用电机的高速旋转带动叶轮高速旋转，曝气叶轮在水下高速旋转搅拌水流的同时，产生负压经过吸气孔吸入空气，空气通过中心转动轴利用产生的负压被吸入到池体水中底部，后经过叶轮在水中高速旋转将带入到池体底部的空气切割形成微气泡，形成微气泡，形成微气泡将会托起水中含有的悬浮物迅速上升至水面上部形成浮渣或浮泥，形成的微气泡在水中的停留时间长达 15－－30 。
