适用魏野外取水样，用魏河流、湖泊和水库等地表水0-30m深度内的水样采集。主要用魏水生生物样品的采集，也适用魏除指标与油类以外水质样品的采集。浮游植物的采样,可采用有机玻璃采水器。定量样品采集，在静水和缓慢流动水体中采用有机玻璃采样器采集。

⊱使用方法⊰

使用时注意先夹住出水口橡皮管,再将两个半圆形上盖打开。让采水器沉入水中,底部入水口则自动开启。可采集不同深度层的水样,上面系个绳子,下面进水,上面出水,采水器停在不同深度时,所采的水样,就是这个层次的水样。下沉深度应在系绳上有所标记,当沉入所需深度时,即上提系绳,上盖和下入水口自动关闭,提出水面后,不要碰及下底,以免水样泻漏。将出水口橡皮管伸入容器口,松开铁夹,水样即注入容器。

Method of use
