使用YSKD biotechnology 仪器发表器官纤维化高分文章

近日，上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院&荷兰格罗宁根大学医学中心科研团队在期刊Advanced Science（2022影响因子17.521、SCI 1区）DOI:10.1002/advs.202200856 发表《Autologous Skin Fibroblast-Based PLGA Nanoparticles for Treating Multiorgan Fibrosis》。在本研究中，8周大的C57BL/6小鼠在实验之用异氟醚麻醉，肺纤维化是由博来霉素使用北京元森凯德生物技术有限公司（YSKD biotechnology,Beijing）研制生产的动物雾化吸入相关仪器递送到小鼠肺部，小鼠每5天给药FNPs，RNPs, 并通过三个具有各种器官纤维化的独立动物模型确认了FNPs 体内的抗纤维化功效，表明其重要的临床潜力。
