工作原理
将供试品注入微生物限度培养器内，通过检验仪自带内置隔膜液泵负压抽滤，将供试品中微生物截留在滤膜上，用取膜器取出滤膜，转移至配置好的固体培养基上，菌面朝上，平贴。盖上盖子形成封闭的培养盒，置于相应的恒温培养箱内培养并计数。

The sample contamination rate is 81.0%. The test results of 81 batches of trichosanthes [9] showed that the contamination rate of bile salt resistant gram-negative bacteria in the samples reached 91%. In this study, different varieties of bile salt gram-negative bacteria contamination were detected, ａnd the results showed that 45%(18/40) of the samples were found to be resistant to bile salt gram-negative bacteria contamination, ａnd the test results of 7 batches of samples including astragalus were N> 1000 MPN/g[11]. The above results indicated that the detection rate of gallbladder salt gram-negative bacteria in Chinese decoction pieces was high. Biliary salt-tolerant gram-negative bacteria are mainly microbial contamination caused by the application of manure during the cultivation of medicinal materials.
