工作原理
将供试品注入微生物限度培养器内，通过检验仪自带内置隔膜液泵负压抽滤，将供试品中微生物截留在滤膜上，用取膜器取出滤膜，转移至配置好的固体培养基上，菌面朝上，平贴。盖上盖子形成封闭的培养盒，置于相应的恒温培养箱内培养并计数。

Heat-resistant bacteria were mainly derived from the soil environment where the medicinal materials were planted. The background heat-resistant bacteria ａnd the soil residue of the medicinal materials were closely related to the detection rate of heat-resistant bacteria. Due to the complicated contamination of different kinds of prepared slices, the 2015 edition of The Chinese Pharmacopoeia did not stipulate the limit value of heat-resistant bacteria load, so its safety risk still exists. To evaluate the safety of heat-resistant bacteria in prepared slices is the basis for scientifically establishing the limit range of heat-resistant bacteria load, ａnd a lot of further research work is still needed.
