FT-BW1型背板温度传感器是由德国Heraeus铂电阻元件芯片经特殊工艺处理的防护套组成。主要用于测量物体表面的温度，贴片式温度传感器通过自粘胶方式将传感器贴在物体表面，实现较理想的测温效果。贴片式温度传感器和被测物体接触面积大，接触紧密，所以在一些表面温度测量方面具有比较明显的优势：测温准确性高、反应速度快，体积轻便于固定安装。尤其是放置于太阳能电池板表面非常方便。

2、温度核心芯片采用热熔焊，外管采用氩弧焊和旋压冷挤的方法封装。

3、外管采用不轻金属材料，精通特殊氧化处理耐腐蚀、不生锈、抗变形、不漏水。

4、传感器具有佳的互换性和长期的稳定性。

5、焊接和封装要求严格，从而保证传感器在-50℃～100℃的情况下其误差不大于±0.2℃。
