风途公司推出FT-XS型自动雪深监测站，采用超声波原理对雪的识别与测量技术，克服其它传感器对雪无法识别的缺点，因此检测精度比较高，通过监测所在位置的距离，得出雪的厚度，分析出单位时间的降雪量，该设备是一种业降雪观测仪器，为无人职守的自动雪深监测报警系统，也可实现多点网络监测，通过GPRS无线网络将各点监测数据汇集控制中心统一处理，可用于气象台站、港口码头、道路交通，航空，建筑，农业，水文水利等诸多域。
