防水卷材抗穿孔仪源头厂家

一、产品用途：
QSX-17防水卷材抗穿孔仪根据GB12952-91标准设计，利用重锤从高处落下冲击PVC防水卷材，以测定其抗穿孔性。
二、结构及工作原理：
1、结构：仪器由底座(1)、垫块(2)、垫块(3)、冲杆(4)、带刻度的导管(5)、定位标(6)、挂钩(7)、上盖(8)、控制器组件(9)、重锤(10)、锁管螺栓(11)、压板12)、支柱(13)所组成。见图一。其中控制器组件有：控制器下底（1）、控制器螺钉（2）、控制器弹簧（3）、控制器上盖（4）、控制器滑块（5）、控制螺钉（6）见图二。
2、工作原理：用控制器组件将重锤提起，固定在所要求的高度上，防水卷材抗穿孔仪生产厂家质优其高度由定位标上可读出，按压控制螺钉，则控制器弹簧被压缩，控制器滑块的圆孔与控制器上盖及控制器下底的圆孔对正挂钩，此时重锤下落，撞击冲杆向下作用在试样板上，提升重锤、冲杆，取出试样板，以观察试样的抗穿孔性。 QSX-17防水卷材抗穿孔仪.jpg

四、使用方法
使用前检查定位标是否对零线：将垫板、垫块放在底座上，放下重锤，观察定位标上刻度是否与金属导管上零线重合，有偏差时可调节定位标两个螺钉。
把重锤调节到规定的落差高度300mm，并用控制器螺钉紧固，将按GB-12952—91标准中5.2条截取的E试样自由地铺在垫板上，并一起放在垫块上，把备妥的试样放置在仪器的底座中部，按压控制螺钉，重锤即自由下落，撞击于试样的冲头，冲头将冲击力传给试样。
把重锤提起，重锤上的挂钩自动被控制器挂住，用手抬起冲头，取出试样，检查试样是否穿孔，试验三块试样。
无明显穿孔时，对试样进行水密性试验，将圆形玻璃管垂直放在试样穿孔试验点的中心，用密封膏封玻璃管与试样间的缝隙，将试样置于滤纸（150*150mm）上，滤纸由玻璃支承，把染色水溶液加入玻璃管中，静置16小时后检查滤纸，如有渗透现象则表明试样已穿孔。三块试样均无穿孔时评定为不渗水。
