一、产品简介：
防水卷材不透水仪是用来检测石油沥青油毡及弹性体沥青防水卷材的不透水性的仪器，可满足GB328所规定的试验要求，电动气泵可自动加压，自动停止工作，是目前较常用的一种仪器。
适用于各种油毡,油毡纸及其它薄板材料不透水性测定的试验.本不透水仪采用全铜阀门,耐压复合软管,不锈钢管件,镀铬试样夹具,机箱整体喷塑,具有透水自动报警功能.本机外型美观,工作可靠,操作简单,试验准确.
二、主要技术参数
1、系统压力在0—0.6MPa范围连续可调.
2、试验放置试样尺寸为φ145mm,数量3块.

三、主要结构
不透水仪由给排水系统,电气系统及机箱等组成.
给排水系统包括加水管5,加水阀6,放气阀7,放水阀8,透水盘截止阀9,10,11,透水盘12,13,14,减压阀15,压力表16.
电气系统包括透水报警开关1,2,3,数显时间继电器17,透水指示灯18,19,20,计时开关21等组成.
四,工作原理
本机通过气液转换缸将气泵的气体压力转换为水压作用在试样上,防水卷材不透水仪生产厂家质优当不透水盘内的试样有水渗出时,使不透水盘和铜触头之间的电阻发生变化,从而导致电桥发生不平衡,不平衡电压经放大后驱动继电器发出声光报警.
使用和操作：
1、在系统无气泵压力的情况下,关闭放水阀8,透水盘截止阀9,10,11,打开加水阀6,放气阀7,向气液转换缸内加水至距缸顶50mm处.
2、调节减压阀,使气压达到试验要求的压力.分别慢慢旋开透水盘截止阀9,10,11,使水缓慢充满不透水盘(不透水盘内水位与小O型圈平齐)后关闭截止阀,然后将试样放在不透水盘上,尽量使试样和不透水盘内的水充分接触,用压盖将试样固定在透水盘上,并用螺栓压紧压盖.
3、打开电源开关,并将报警开关旋到"开"的位置.调整时间继电器至所需时间,分别打开透水盘截止阀9,10,11.将计时旋钮开关置于"开"位置,开始计时.计时完毕发出讯响信号.然后断开计时开关.当试样出现透水现象后,仪器会自动发出声光报警.
4、试验完成后,关闭透水盘截止阀9,10,11,旋松压盖螺栓,取出试样.
5、重复步骤3～8可进行下一次试验.
6、不进行试验时,应打开放水阀将水排空,同时打开所有阀门和不透水盘压盖,保证系统处于干燥,通风状态,以防金属零件生锈.
五、注意事项
1、不透水仪必须安全接地.
2、不透水盘应保持干净,干燥,每次试验后须用棉布擦干净.
3、气液转换缸内水位不能超过刻度线.
4、压力表需每年校验一次.
5、试验时试验人员不应随意离开,如需离开请关闭电源和不透水盘截止阀. 数显不透水仪1.jpg
