储 存 液0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 ａnd 50% Glycerol.
保存条件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month ａnd for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

This is one of two genes encoding similar enzymes that catalyze the conversion of arachinodate to prostaglandin. The encoded protein regulates angiogenesis in endothelial cells, ａnd is inhibited by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin. The protein may promote cell proliferation during tumor progression. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2012].
Function:
May play an important role in regulating or promoting cell proliferation in some normal ａnd neoplastically transformed cells.
Subunit:
Homodimer.
Subcellular Location:
Microsome membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Peripheral membrane protein.
Similarity:
Belongs to the prostaglandin G/H synthase family.
