α1微球蛋白（α-Microglobulin，简称α-MG〕，是一种糖蛋白，属lipocalin家族成员。最早由Berggard从人的尿中分离得到，分子量为 2 6～ 33kD ,在血浆中可与多种血浆蛋白共价结合形成复合物进行运输，主要在肝脏及淋巴组织中合成，广泛分布于体液及淋巴细胞膜表面。

α1-Microglobulin (α1m) was discovered in human urine 40 years ago and was named in the tradition of plasma proteins, reflecting its small size (26 kDa) and its electrophoretic migration slightly behind albumin.1 The protein was characterized by several research groups and given the alternative names protein HC, “human complex-ｆorming protein, heterogeneous in charge”2 and α1-microglycoprotein. 3 α1M, retinol-binding protein (RBP) and β-lactoglobulin were the three original members when the lipocalin family was defined in 1985
