优化色谱峰形和分离选择性
极性基团嵌入技术又称屏蔽型固定相技术,是在通常的C18/C8链中引入特定的极性基团所得到的新型固定相。大量研究表明,极性官能团可有效阻挡有机碱与硅胶表面残余硅羟基的不良作用,因而其峰形比相应的C18/C8柱更优。同时,这类固定相允许使用全水流动相而不会发生“相塌陷”现象,因而可用于分离许多亲水性化合物。
