SPME萃取头的选择类似于选择毛细柱或液相柱,主要依据分析物质的分子量(挥发性)与极性。小分子、或挥发性物质常用厚膜100?m萃取头,较大分子或半挥发物质采用7?m萃取头,非极性物质选择非极性固定相,极性物质选择极性固定相。综合考虑分析物的极性和挥发性时,还可以有85m,65m,75m,30m的极性或非极性萃取头供选择。
