二、1.开启电源开关；　

2.按”UNIT”键选中需要的测量单位；　

3.按“MODE”键,使测量模式在“TRACK”状态；　

4.按“RESET” 键清零，使显示数值为零；　

5.按”BZ”键及其组合键设置上限报警值；　

6.选择与被测扭力扳手相匹配的附件，放置于测力传感头上；　

7.将被测扭力扳手放置在工位（测力传感头和测试平台之间）上，可调整高度调节钮使扭力扳手保持在水平状态，调整左右调节钮以适应扭力扳手的臂长和测量方向；　

8.按“MODE“键使测量模式置于“PEAK” 状态或“TRACK”状态，如在“PEAK”状态,可记录峰值数据（最大值数据）,按“RESET”复位键可清除最大值数据，显示回零；　

9.旋动手轮加载,在显示器上可看到扭力值在随着加载而变化,当扭力值达到或超过设定报警值时,仪器会发出报警声,同时显示器上的”ALARM”报警灯会点亮，提醒操作者停止加载；　

10.为提高测量的准确度，在接近或估计接近最大值或设定值时，应减缓加载的速度；　

11.如要打印测量值或把测量数据传送到计算机，按一下【PRINT 】 打印键；　

12.逆向旋动手轮,卸下被测扭力扳手;如要继续测试，重复以上步骤，一般建议测量几次，取平均值；　

13.如测试结束，可取下测试附件，关掉电源，妥善保管好仪器；　

14.如用户测试的不是扭力扳手，而是其它工具，可参照以上测试过程进行，必要时需配置专用夹具；

3、用户在正常使用中出现性能故障时，在接到仪器故障通知后，2小时做反应，并给予解决，如未能解决，会在72小时到达现场解决问题至设备正常使用为止。

4、在保修期内，以下情况将实行有偿维修服务，

（1）由于人为或不可抗拒的自然现象而发生的损害

（2）由于操作不当而造成的故障或损坏

（3）由于对产品不正确的安装，经他人维修而损坏

5、超过质保期的产品进行保养和维修应由用户承担维修、易损晚耗零件及往返运输费用的成本费。

仪器到货后，用户方应对所到货物的外包装进行检查。若发现损坏及损坏到何程度，应立即以电话或书面形式通知我公司。在进行安装调试前用户应提供相应的准备工作，并予以提前通知，具体安装调试日期双方可以协商而定。

完善沟通协调机制：通过加沟通交流，提高信息传递的及时性，准确性，深入市场，倾听用户心声了解客户愿望
