结构烹调法及使用规则：
（一） 试机
在需要触探的地方将机器放平、工作应将机器接触电源（380V），并可靠接地，按机器上的倒顺开关是（倒是1.5kw、顺是750w电机）。观察电机运转方向是否正确，正确方向为提锤链条带动击锤卡块向上运动。如不正确可开“倒”键方向即可。
（二）
（1）当以上链条运动方向确定后，开启左侧开关，用脚踏下撬杆，提起升降系统，装入探钎锁牢。对准测点将机体垫瓶，关闭该电源。开启右侧开关后，锤体便进入自动工作状态。
（2）单孔探测完毕后，立即关闭右侧开关，按原程序重新拨起探钎放入底部托盘。
（3）主机上部的滑道。链条每班工作时需加润滑油脂。以上检查无误后方可正式使用。
（4）注意探钎连接好后可使用。
