脱模时应先调整托盘高度，以符合不同试模。把带有试件的试模放在托盘上（注意定位是否准确），关闭回油阀，打开送油阀，使活塞快速上升，当接近试件时再缓慢上升，以防试件快速脱出而破碎，试件脱出后应及时关闭送油阀，打开回油阀，使活塞停止上升靠自重下降到最低点，下降到一定高度时，关闭回油阀也可以控制下降高度。
