通过约4.5小时的固相ELISA方法，对培养细胞上清、血清和血浆中的鲑鱼补体蛋白4（C4）水平进行定量检测。其包含大肠杆菌表达的重组鲑鱼补体蛋白4（C4）蛋白和抗重组鲑鱼补体蛋白4（C4）蛋白抗体。该免疫检测显示能精确定量重组因子，用自然鲑鱼补体蛋白4（C4）检测的结果显示，计量反应曲线与试剂盒内重组蛋白标准品所做曲线相一致，说明该试剂盒能用于决定自然鲑鱼补体蛋白4（C4）的相对量。
The quantikineSalmon Complement 4（C4） immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid phase elisa designed to measureSalmon Complement 4（C4） levels in cell culture supernates, serum, ａnd plasma. It contains e. Coli-expressed recombinantSalmon Complement 4（C4） ａnd antibodies raised against recombinantSalmon Complement 4（C4）. This immunoassay has been shown to accurately quantitate the recombinant factor. Results obtained using naturalSalmon Complement 4（C4） showed dose response curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the recombinant quantikine kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for naturalSalmon Complement 4（C4）
