【产品介绍】D（1A） dopamine receptor （DRD1） belongs to
the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family and it is one of
the five types of dopamine receptors （D1-D5）（1）. DRD1
is the most expressed dopamine receptor in central
nervous system and it is involved in the regulation
of neuronal growth & development, and modulation of
dopamine receptor D2-mediated events. G protein coupled
DRD1 activates adenylyl cyclase which leads to activation
of cyclic AMP dependent protein kinases. Polymorphism
of DRD1 gene has been implicated in bipolar I disorder
and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD）（1,2）.
