OG488 azide is the abbreviation of 6-hydroxy-glutathione green fluorescent azide. 【实验步骤（以标记炔基化生物分子为例）】

基于同类荧光叠氮化物标记的通用流程，其主要步骤可能包括：

溶液配制：

配制100 mM的抗坏血酸钠水溶液（还原剂）。

用DMSO或水配制10 mM的6-OG488叠氮化物储备液。

将CuSO4与三联吡啶烷配体按1:2摩尔比混合，涡旋几分钟，配制催化剂工作液。

点击反应：

向含有炔基修饰的目标分子的溶液中，加入2-5倍摩尔过量的6-OG488叠氮化物染料。

加入5倍摩尔量的THPTA/CuSO₄催化剂工作液。

加入10-30倍摩尔量的抗坏血酸钠溶液，以将Cu(II)还原为有催化活性的Cu(I)。

在室温下涡旋或摇动反应混合物，反应30-60分钟。

纯化：

反应完成后，通过透析、凝胶过滤色谱（如PD-10脱盐柱）或离心过滤等方法，去除未反应的染料、催化剂和盐分，获得纯化的标记产物。
