冷热一体控温机是一台设备同时具备制冷和加热功能的一体温度控制机，通常来说，属于定制机类型。在以都还是一台加热的热水机搭配一台制冷降温的冷却机这种，不仅设备占地方，还增加了管道，以及耗电量也是很大的。如工控厂家把两个模块集中到一台机器上，汇集了多个优点，也延伸了不同客户的参数定制需求。
冷热一体控温机如何使用？冷热一体机通过电加热管加热、压缩机制冷降温，可实现对被控温物件进行升温、降温的设定控制，整套设备以电热管为热源、压缩机来制冷，自来水为载体，利用循环水泵将水流量输送到物体进行换热，继而返回水箱重新继续加热/制冷的循环式控温设备，如此周而复始的连续传递，使被控温物体温度升高/降低，达到加热/冷却等恒温的工艺要求。
冷热一体控温机是把冷凝器、 蒸发器 、压缩机、节流阀、加热管路以及其他所有系统部件都安装在机箱内，达到系统统一布置的效果。作为一体机，冷热一体控温机所使用到的制造用材是经过设计选型的，因此具有着制造工艺材料耐热耐冷，快速制冷加热特点，在价格方面也比较合理优惠。另外冷热一体机在安装上也具有着方便性的特点，并不需要很复杂的安装程序，只要简单安装即可。无需冷却水塔，对于安装技术方面的要求也简易。
冷热一体循环水机介绍
QX系列冷水机主要由压缩机、冷凝器、热力膨胀阀（或毛细管）、蒸发器和电加热管五大部件组成，采用单蒸气压缩制冷系统，利用制冷剂的气液相互转换，吸收和释放热量的原理，达到制冷的效果。
QX系列开机后
（1）压缩机开始工作，制冷剂在压缩机的压缩作用下变成高压高温气体，往排气侧的方向循环；在循环过程，高压高温的制冷剂气体通过冷凝器。
（2），与空气发生热交换，由气态转变为液态，同时被空气带走热量；冷媒冷却过程，液态的高压冷剂通过热力膨胀阀（或毛细管）。
（3），压力下降，部分制冷剂由液态装变为气态，此时制冷剂为液态和气态两相混合的状态；冷媒节流过程中，制冷剂通过蒸发器。
（4），在蒸发器内与冷冻水发生热交换，冷却冷冻水到所需的温度，满足设定要求；经蒸发器后的气体制冷剂循环回到压缩机，完成一次制冷循环。
