水冷板散热器冷却系统必须具有以下部件：水冷模块、循环液体、泵、管道和水箱或热交换器。多通道组合水冷板，包括板体、水室和防水挡板。板体由少两根管道组成，管道一般是单孔的圆管。流道分布灵活，加工简单，板体轻薄，焊接面小，可靠性高，安全性高，流道组合灵活，散热均衡效果好，流量流阻可调，散热效率高。
水冷块是一种带有内部水道的金属块，由铜或铝制成，与CPU接触并吸收CPU的热量。循环流体通过循环管道流动。如果液体是水，那就是我们所说的水冷却系统。吸收CPU热量的液体将从CPU上的水冷快流出，新的低温循环液将继续吸收CPU的热量。水管连接泵、水冷块和水箱，其功能是使循环液体在封闭通道内流动而不泄露，使液冷散热系统正常工作。水箱用来储存循环液。热交换器是一种类似散热的装置，循环流体将热量传递大表面积的散热器冷却，散热器上的热量经过风扇带走热量流入空气。有机房空调冷冻水可以利用冷水散热，或者通过单独增加冷水机设计好制冷温度用冷水散热更好更稳定。
水冷板应用涉及电子设备，实验部件测试、激光头测试、工业设备芯片、特别是涉及动力电池、服务器、网络设备等高功率电子设备产生的热量的排散。
冷却机(冷水机）介绍
QX系列冷水机主要由压缩机、冷凝器、热力膨胀阀（或毛细管）和蒸发器四大部件组成，采用单蒸气压缩制冷系统，利用制冷剂的气液相互转换，吸收和释放热量的原理，达到制冷的效果。
QX系列开机后
（1）压缩机开始工作，制冷剂在压缩机的压缩作用下变成高压高温气体，往排气侧的方向循环；在循环过程，高压高温的制冷剂气体通过冷凝器。
（2），与空气发生热交换，由气态转变为液态，同时被空气带走热量；冷媒冷却过程，液态的高压冷剂通过热力膨胀阀（或毛细管）。
（3），压力下降，部分制冷剂由液态装变为气态，此时制冷剂为液态和气态两相混合的状态；冷媒节流过程中，制冷剂通过蒸发器。
（4），在蒸发器内与冷冻水发生热交换，冷却冷冻水到所需的温度，满足设定要求；经蒸发器后的气体制冷剂循环回到压缩机，完成一次制冷循环。
