YAB核心特征①结构特征减速机输出行星架采用一体式螺母消除轴向间隙设计，重系列圆锥滚子轴承大跨距分布与整体箱体内，形成的一体式结构，以确保提高扭转刚性且具有的径向承载能力和轴向承载能力，采用一次加工完成工艺，了高的同轴度。

减速机齿圈采用整体式结构设计。

减速机齿圈、行星架、输入轴均采用40Cr结构钢，经热锻加工工艺，从而获得更高的材料密度，比采用铸造箱体、圆钢等，具有更高强度刚性、韧性。

②齿轮特征真正的硬齿面斜齿轮，齿轮材料采用20CrMnTi合金钢，经渗碳-磨齿工艺加工，硬度可达HRC62相比采用普通钢40Cr、38CrMnTi只做表面氮化处理的齿轮具有更高的硬度、刚性、韧性、耐磨性。采用3DSimulation的设计分析技术，分别对齿轮的齿形、齿向修形及遵循修整，以降低齿轮的啮合噪音，增加轮系的使用寿命。

③应用特征重系列圆锥滚子轴承排列输出一体式行星架构，使得产品具有强的径向承载能力和的轴向承载能力，并具有高刚性。频繁启停和负载变换场合表现突出。

The gear ring of reducer is designed with integral structure.

The gear ring, planet frame ａnd input shaft of reducer all adopt 40Cr high quality structural steel, ａnd obtain higher material density by hot forging technology, which has higher strength rigidity ａnd toughness than casting box, round steel ａnd so on.

(2) the gear has real hard tooth surface helical gear. The gear material is made of 20CrMnTi high quality alloy steel ａnd machined by Carburizing ａnd grinding technology.
