1、雷氏夹弹性要求试验将测定仪上的弦线固定于雷氏夹一指针根部，另一指针根部挂上300g砝码，在左侧标尺上读数。
2、膨胀值测定将沸煮箱中取出的带试件的雷氏夹放于垫块上，指针朝上，放平后在上端标尺读数。然后根据GB1346-89计算膨胀值。

1、定期检查左臂架与支架杆的垂直度和各紧固件是否松动。
2、垫块上不得有锈斑污垢等物。
3、用完后除标尺涂防锈油并妥善保管，避免生锈和碰伤。
