马歇尔电动击实仪适用于标准击实法制作沥青混合料试件,以供试验室进行沥青混合料物理力学性质的试验使用，也适用于马歇尔试验，间接抗拉试验等使用的Φ152mm±0.2mm×115mm/Φ101.6mm±0.2mm×63.5mm圆柱体试件的成型。
马歇尔电动击实仪计量校准使用方法
a. 每次击实应将击实压头，试模内壁及试模底座涂刷机油。
b. 打开安全门，提起导轨滑杆及重锤，用安全操纵杆将击实压头锁住。
c. 按规范要求将拌合好的沥青混合料放入试模内，将试模推入钢板平台的试模定位销内，锁紧试模。
d. 提起导杆及重锤，打开安全操纵杆，放下击实压头，关上安全门，按下启动按钮击实便开始，达到设定次数自动关机。
马歇尔电动击实仪计量校准注意事项1．记数器以正计数方式进行计数。
2．下一次击实时应先按下复位按钮，再按启动按钮。
3．正在进行击实需停机或机器发生故障时可按下停止按钮,使击实仪停止工作。
4. 应定期检查链条的张紧度，如果其挠度大于10mm就应进行调整。
5. 在没有装混合料时,不得启动击实仪，不用时在试模内垫棉纱或碎纸屑。
6. 定期对链条、重锤滑动部分进行润滑。
7.每次击实结束后，应即对试模、击实压头、钢板平台进行清洗处理。
8.应经常检查钢板平台与混凝土底座的张紧度。
