沸煮箱计量检定性能特点

沸煮箱，是一种用来做水泥实验的器具，由沸煮箱体，控制器和连接电缆组成。

沸煮箱体主要由箱盖1，内外箱壁2，蓖板3，保温层4，电加热管5，放水阀6，把手7，出气孔8，水封槽9和接线盒10组成。箱体和蓖板均用不锈钢制成，外表面磨花。

控制器由机箱、控制器逻辑板FZH-3、底板和面板组成。底板上装有交流继电器、逻辑板插座，控制逻辑板就插在该插座上，稳压电源也装在逻辑板上。面板上装有多种控制开关、按钮和指示灯，(见图3)。壳体后面有电源进线插座，负载线引出插座和保险(见图4)。面板与底板用十六脚插头座连接。

沸煮箱计量检定工作原理1.被校沸煮箱外观与工作性状态校验。 检查铭牌、外观、排水孔功能并记录结果。 接通电源，检查电源控制系统并记录结果。 用试电笔检查绝缘性能并记录结果。 用万能电表检查加热器并记录结果。

3.篦板测定 用钢直尺测量篦板与加热器之间的距离并记录小值,精确至 1mm。

4. 时间测定 箱中放水至规定水位（水面应高于篦板上方至少 170mm）后,盖好箱盖,接通电源,打开被 校仪器控制器的开关并拔调至升温档,同时用计时器开始计时。 当水加热至沸腾时,记录此时 计时器的时间。此期间的时间值即为升温时间,精确至 1min。 继续用计时器时,同时在水刚至沸腾时将被校仪器的控制器拔至保温档并调整保温控制 时间 2h 或 （和） 5h,当自动停止蒸煮时,记录此时计时器时间,此期间的时间值即为蒸煮时间, 精确至 1min。
