LYCY系列设备主要分为污水自动提升系统、臭氧氧化消毒系统、中央控制系统三部分。设备主体部分材质为碳钢喷塑，集水箱材质为PE，管道材质为PVC。诊所产生的医疗污水经集中收集后，由污水提升系统将污水送入设备内的集水箱，臭氧制备系统利用空气中的氧气开始制备臭氧，产生的臭氧经输送至集水箱内，此时臭氧开始在集水箱内消毒，由于臭氧分散均匀，保证了氧化过程中细菌的臭氧的接触率，经过一段时间充分的氧化消毒，污水中99%的细菌被氧化还原，经此过程处理后的污水可直接排至下水管道。

产品规格
自流：自流进水，适合多层建筑物，可调式控制屏，可自由调节设备运行时间，节省运行费用。
自吸：自吸进水，适合同层建筑，当污水管道在地砖以下，进水管连接地下污水管，可将污水直接抽吸到设备中处理，处理达标后在流入污水管，排入市政管网。设备增加了进水液位控制系统，到高液位设备开始运行。低液位停止运行，大大节省设备运行费用。（诊所污水量很少，如当天污水量很少液位没有到达高液位则设备不启动，无运行费用）。
一般选在接触池进口处，通过接触池中有效接触时间即可达到杀菌效果。二氧化氯发生器可根据液位信号器或其它控制信号控制二氧化氯发生器运行，确保二氧化氯消毒剂在消毒接触池中稳定浓度，使杀菌消毒更加安全完全

设备使用注意事项

1.应远设计在较为隐蔽的地方。

2.有防腐蚀、防渗漏设施，一般采用1公分厚的高强度密胺板制成。

3.确保处理效果，安全耐用。

4.操作方便，便于消毒和清污，并有利于操作人员的安全。

5床位排水、洗手盆排水汇集后接入设备进水口与抽吸进水口DN20(6分=25mm)。

6.出水口和自动出水口接入下水管道，正常运行情况下(水不会从出水口出)。

7.AC220V电源接入，电压表显示当电压,并打开“抽吸/消毒开关”及“排水/消毒开关”。

8.设备安装进污口与排污管同一水平线，污水通过自流进入设备。

9.设备必须天天检查；如发现异常要立刻关机，查明原因处理好后再用。

10.使用设备必须良好接地，以防雷电。不用时拔掉电源插头或断电；做好防潮、防淋雨、防进水及防漏电保护。

8. The equipment is installed at the same level as the sewage pipe, ａnd the sewage enters the equipment through the artesian flow.

9. The equipment must be checked every day; if it is found abnormal, it should be shut down immediately, ａnd then used after finding out the cause.

10. The equipment must be well grounded before use to prevent lightning. Unplug the power plug or power off when not in use; do a good job of moisture, rain, water ａnd leakage protection

设备安装说明
1、安装设备，*先应熟悉设备结构，根据我公司安装指导进行安装，要按厂家要求核实好基础（若有）、设备进、出水管口方位及各附件的对接位置。
2先打开包装箱，把设备移出箱体，再进行现场就位安装，没有包装的设备，可直接就位进行安装。
3、按产品机柜标示的进水口、出水口、取样口对设备进行管道、管件的安装。
4、本设备配备分离式直插电源线。用户只需将电源线一端接到设备电源接口，另一端接*交流电源，即可完成设备上电操作。
5、本设备配套遥控器已经与设备中控系统配对衔接，用户无需自行设置即可无障碍使用。
6、如排水管道低于进水管道，应通过管道调节或降低设备高度后连接，确保接口连接严密
