标准配置
桨式搅拌机可视为桨式搅拌机的变形，其结构比较坚固，搅动物料量大。如果这类搅拌机底部形状和反应釜下封头形状相似时，通常称为锚式搅拌机。框式搅拌机直径较大，一般取反应器内径的2/39/10，5070r/min。使用于低粘度液体时，锚式叶轮的叶径与罐径比为0.70.9，对于高黏度液体则为0.80.95，转速通常为1050r/min。框式搅拌机与釜壁间隙较小，有利于传热过程的进行，快速旋转时，搅拌机叶片所带动的液体把静止层从反应釜壁上带下来;慢速旋转时，有刮板的搅拌机能产生良好的热传导。这类搅拌机常用于传热、晶析操作和高粘度液体、高浓度淤浆和沉降性淤浆的搅拌。

锚式、框式搅拌机属于同一类，统称锚框式搅拌机，为了增大搅拌范围和带走罐壁上的残留物或液层，锚框式搅拌机的外廓要接近搅拌罐的内壁，其底部的形状为适应罐底的轮廓也有椭圆、锥形等。为了增大对高粘度物料的搅拌范围以及提高叶轮的刚性，还常常要在锚式及框式上增加一些立叶和横梁，这样使得锚框式的结构形状出现了多种多样。

应用域
锚框式搅拌机通常在低速下运行，在搅拌低粘度液体时不产生大的剪切力，因此它不适用于液-液和气-液 分散。另一个方面，该种叶轮在罐内移动的流量大，水平回转流占支配地位，不具有良好的混合均一性，然而在罐壁附近的流速比其他叶轮，能达到大的传热膜系 数，故常用于传热、晶析操作。另外，由于桨叶直径较大，且与罐底贴近，也常用它来搅拌高浓度淤浆和沉淀性淤浆。还有它也常用于高粘度流体的搅拌。

锚框式搅拌机与 搅拌轴的连接方式类似于桨式，即叶轮与搅拌轴连接的一端制成半圆状的轴环，然后两侧叶片的两个半圆环用螺栓在搅拌轴上夹紧，同时用穿轴螺栓来固定叶片与搅 拌轴。由于叶轮的外廓尺寸大，为便于装拆，叶片之间多数是螺栓连接，只有小型的采用铸造或焊接。叶轮以扁钢、角钢制造居多，为了提高叶轮的强度，也可采用 加筋的钢板。
