框式搅拌机，其结构比较坚固，搅动物料量大。如果这类搅拌机底部形状和反应釜下封头形状相似时，通常称为锚式搅拌机。直径较大，一般取反应器内径的2/3~9/10，50~70r/min。使用于低粘度液体时，锚式叶轮的叶径与罐径比为0.7～0.9，对于高黏度液体则为0.8～0.95，转速通常为10～50r/min。搅拌机与釜壁间隙较小，有利于传热过程的进行，快速旋转时，搅拌机叶片所带动的液体把静止层从反应釜壁上带下来；慢速旋转时，有刮板的搅拌机能产生良好的热传导。这类搅拌机常用于传热、晶析操作和高粘度液体、高浓度淤浆和沉降性淤浆的搅拌。

锚式、属于同一类，统称絮凝搅拌机，为了增大搅拌范围和带走罐壁上的残留物或液层，锚搅拌机的外廓要接近搅拌罐的内壁，其底部的形状为适应罐底的轮廓也有椭圆、锥形等。为了增大对高粘度物料的搅拌范围以及提高叶轮的刚性，还常常要在锚式及框式上增加一些立叶和横梁，这样使得锚框式的结构形状出现了多种多样。

桨型分类根据其形状大致可分为：锚式、椭圆框式、锥底框式、方框式以及锚框式等 。

应用域
