P/LHJ型立式环流搅拌机，又叫浮筒式潜水搅拌机，是针对要求搅拌温和、均匀，不会对活性污泥的絮状结构和菌胶团产生破坏作用的池深较深的圆形或方形池，进行搅拌而设计的新的搅拌设备。

在总结现有污水搅拌设备的基础上，对产品结构和性能进行了更新，特别是在推进式搅拌机的基础上，将卧式结构改为立式环流结构，使其在整体结构技术性能、搅拌效率、服务面积、适用性等方面更具显著特点。

具有使用寿命长、噪声低、安装维护方便、投资省、运行费用低等优点。

⒈紊流面积大，作用区域广，搅拌温和、均匀，不会对活性污泥的絮状结构和菌胶团产生破坏作用。

⒉水流采用垂直大循环的流动方案，适用于较深的圆型或方型水池，搅拌污泥充分，辐射面积可达100~800平方米。

⒊搅拌机的动力为潜水电机，应用时潜入液下工作，不仅冷却条件好，适用深度范围广，而且不会产生噪声等二次污染。

⒋潜水电机的主密封为两道机械密封，磨擦付材质为耐腐蚀、耐磨损的合金与碳化硅，所有紧固件均为不锈钢材质。

⒌电机绕组为F绝缘，防护等为IP68，配置泄漏检测、绕组过热等保护功能，使产品使用更加安全稳定。

⒍可采取多种安装形势。采用浮动式安装时，可随时移动工作位置，方便灵活；可进行集中自动控制，也可以单机运行，管理方便。
