产品简介
吸沫机可有效抽吸去除水面上的泡 沫以及一般可破碎结渣等漂浮物，同时能通过 旋转叶轮破碎混合后输向池底。主要应用于污 水处理工艺中去除生物池水面上漂浮的泡沫 状浮泥，防止浮泥在水面上聚积、干化结块， 保持水面清洁，也可以用于其它类似泡沫状浮 泥的场合。
工作原理
该机主要由浮筒、导流筒、 潜水电机和螺旋桨等部件组成， 导流筒借助浮筒的浮力呈竖直 方向悬浮在水面下，吸口朝上， 贴近水面，出水口向下。当电机 驱动叶轮高速旋转时，导流筒吸 口上方附近的浮泥连同水被吸 入导流筒，在叶轮的作用下经破 碎后从导流筒出口泵出，被送入水下。由于浮泥中的空穴被水填充后， 其比重大于污水的比重，泵入水下后将不再上浮。 本吸沫机有独特的优越性，工作时还作脉动升降运动，吸沫口可 跃出水面捕捉泡沫和浮泥，有效破除轻质泡沫和块状浮泥在水面上形 成的“搭桥”。由于吸沫口上方的水被抽走后可形成一定程度的液位差， 从而使较远处的泡沫浮泥不断地流向吸沫口上方，达到清除整池水面.
