无轴螺旋输送机与传统有轴螺旋输送机相比，由于采用了无中心轴设计，利用具有一定柔性的整体钢制螺旋推送物料,因而具有以下突出优点：抗缠绕性强。无中心轴干扰,对于输送带状、易缠绕物料有特殊的优越性。无轴螺旋输送机用途： wLS型系列无轴螺旋输送机用于污水处理厂输送中细格栅其栅条净距50mm的除污机栅渣和压滤机泥饼等物料。 环保性能好。采用全封闭输送和易清洗的螺旋表面，可环境卫生和所送物料不受污染、不泄漏。 扭距大、能耗低。由于螺旋无轴，物料不易堵塞，排料口不堵塞，因而可以较低速度运转，平稳传动，降低能耗。扭距可达4000N/m。输送量大。输送量是相同直径传统有轴螺旋输送机的1.5倍。输送距离长。单机输送长度可达60米。并可根据用户需要，采用多串联式安装，超长距离输送物料。能机动工作。我公司开发生产的移动型无轴螺旋输送机，能机动工作，一机多用。既可下方出料，又可端头出料。采用特制衬板，该机可在高温下工作。结构紧凑，节省空间，外型美观，操作简便，经济耐用。

使用与维护标准配置：螺旋输送机是用来输送粉状、粒状、小块状物料的输送设备，各种轴承均处于灰尘中工作，因此在这样工况条件下的螺旋机的合理操作与保养就具有更大的意义，螺旋输送机的操作和保养主要要求如下：1、螺旋输送机应无负载起动，即在机壳内没有物料时起动，起动后方能向螺旋机给料。2、螺旋输送机初始给料时，应逐步增加给料速度至达到额定输送能力，给料应均匀，否则容易造成输送物料的积塞，驱动装置的 过载，使整台机器早日损坏。3、为了螺旋输送机无负载起动的要求，输送输送机在停车应停止加料，等机壳内物料完全输尽后方可停止运转。4、被输送物料内不得混入坚硬的大块物料，避免螺旋卡死而造成螺旋输送机的损坏。5、在使用中经常检视螺旋输送机各部位的工作状态，注意各紧固机件是否松动，如果发现机件松动，则应立即拧紧螺钉，使之重新紧固。6、应当特别注意螺旋管与联接轴间的螺钉是否松动，如发现此现象应立即停止，矫正之。7、螺旋输送机的机盖在机器运转时不应取下，以免发生事故。8、螺旋输送机运转中发生不正常现象均应加以检查，并之，不得强行运转。9、螺旋输送机各运动机件应经常加润滑油。
