产品简介：

对于常见的静态螺旋片式混合器，是在多孔板、异形板式混合器上发展而来，每节混合器有一个180°扭曲的固定螺旋叶片，分左旋和右旋两种。相邻两节中的螺旋叶片旋转方向相反，并相错90°。为便于安装螺旋叶片，筒体做成两个半圆形，两端均用法兰连接，筒体缝隙之间用环氧树脂粘合，保证其密封要求。管道内螺旋叶片是固定的，流体通过它产生流向变化，出现紊流现象从而提高混合效率，这种静态混合器除产生降压外，它不用外部能源

1、城市生活用水和工业给水处理中投加各种混凝剂、助凝剂进行混合作用；

2、城市生活污水和工业废水处理中投加各种混凝剂、助凝剂进行混合作用；

3、给水排水、环保工程中气水混合、投加液体、臭氧等药剂进行消毒处理；

适用范围

静态混合器可应用于液-液、液-气、液-固、气-气的混合、乳化、中和、吸收、萃取、反应和强化传热等工艺过程，可在很高的粘度范围内不同的流型（层流、过渡流、湍流）状态下应用，用于间歇操作和连续操作。下面先简单介绍不同应用情况的范围。

(1)液-液混合

从流层至湍流，粘度在10 Mpa·s的范围内的流体都能达到良好的混合。分散液滴*小径可达到1～2μm，而大小分布均匀。

(2)液-气混合

静态混合器可以使液-气两相组分的相界面连续更新和充分接触，在一定条件下可以代替鼓泡塔和筛板塔。

(3)液-固混合

当少量固体颗粒或粉末（固体占液体面积的5%左右）与液体在湍流条件下混合，使用静态混合器，可强制固体颗粒或粉末充分分散，能达到使液体萃取或脱色的要求。

(4)气-气混合

可用于冷、热气体的混合，不同气体组分的混合。

(5)强化传热

由于静态混合器，增大了流体的接触面积，即提高了给热系数，一般来说对气体的冷却或加热，如果使用静态混合器，气体的给热系数可提高8倍；对于粘性液体的加热，给热系数可提高5倍；对于有大量不凝性气体存在的气体冷凝时，给热系数可提高8.5倍；对于高分子熔融体的换热可以减少管截面上的温度和粘度梯度。

SX型单元由交叉的横条按一定规律构成许多X型单元。

技术特征：混合不均匀系数为σ X ≤1～5%。

适用于粘度≤10 厘泊的中高粘度液-液混合,反应吸收过程或生产高聚物流的混合、反应过程，处理量较 大时使用效果更佳。
