QXB2.2沉水式离心曝气机批量生产
一、离心式潜水曝气机产品用途：
离心式潜水曝气机用于污水处理厂曝气池、曝气沉砂池中，对污水污泥的混合液进行充氧及混合，以及对污水进行生化处理或养殖增氧．进气量为10-32m3/h,增氧能力0.37-24kg2/h，电机功率为0.75-22kＷ.

二、离心式潜水曝气机产品特点：
1)结构紧凑、占地面积小、安装方便；
2)除吸气口外，其余部分潜入水中运行、噪声小；
3)吸入空气多，产生气泡多而细，溶气率高；
4)无需要提供气源，省去鼓风机；

三、离心式潜水曝气机工作原理
QXB型离心式潜水曝气机采用电机和叶轮直接传动，利用叶轮旋转所产生的离心力排开周围水形成低压区吸入水流同时，在叶轮进口处制造真空而吸入空气，在混气室中气与水充分混合形成均匀的气水混合液，在离心力作用下快速排出。 由于水流喷射强，造成水流循环，使空气被剪切成大量的微小气泡。提高了其表面积，且由于气泡上升缓慢使空气中大量的氧溶于水中，使得该机动力效率优于其它种类的曝气机。
四、离心式潜水曝气机特性
2、叶轮与电机直联，结构简单，效率高，寿命长；
3、可加网状进水口，避免异物进入机体引起的破坏；
4、可通过进气阀调节进气量；
5、除电机外，其它部件材质有不锈钢、碳钢和铸铁供选择。
