旋流沉砂池除砂机是利用水力旋流，使泥砂和有机物分开达到除砂目的，广泛用于城镇宾馆，厂矿企事业单位及城市大、中、小型水处理工程中置预处理工序。
旋流沉砂池除砂机结构：
旋流沉砂池有平底圆池和锥底圆池两种，池底中有储砂斗，池内设有除砂机，除砂机由驱动装置、搅拌机、吸砂系统等组成，与后续砂水分离器等配套组成成套除砂处理设备，含砂废水在经过平而直的进水渠后，进水紊流减至，进水渠末端是一个能产生附壁效应的斜坡，可使部分已沉降于渠道内的砂粒顺坡进入沉砂池，进水口处设有一阻流直板（只装在小型池内），使冲出于板上的水流下折到选区的底板上。轴流式搅拌机则将水流带向池中心，然后向上，由此形成一个涡形水流，较重的砂粒在靠近池中心的一个环形孔口落入集砂区，进入砂斗内的砂可用气提吸砂或泵外排，而较轻的有机物由于搅拌机对于水的剪切作用，将有机质与砂粒分离，终随轴向流水体引向出水渠。
轴流式搅拌机工作原理轴流式搅拌机的回转有助于在砂粒进入贮砂斗的导引和多次对砂粒清洗、旋转的桨叶可水的流态，搅拌机叶片缘制成大而圆的形状（搅拌机直径可根据池的大小进行设计制造），能防止水中布絮和含纤维物质的缠绕。
旋流沉砂池除砂机产品构造:
旋流沉砂池除污机由叶轮、传动轴、电机、减速器和吸砂系统组成。由于叶轮桨板向上倾斜，旋转时使池中污水作螺旋运动，加上因污水切向进入，产生与叶轮旋向一致的旋流，池中的污水形成涡螺流态。在适当的叶桨倾角和线速度条件下，污水中的砂粒将受到冲刷并仍保持的沉降效果，而原来附着在砂粒上的有机物以及重度小的物质将随污水一同流出旋流池。另外，由于叶轮旋转，减少了旋流池因进水量变化导致流态变化的敏感程度，保证了沉砂池稳定、出砂的有机成分含量低等特点。

1. 处理水量为4000-27000m 3/d设备结构一般为钢制，处理量为45000m3／d以上一般为砼结构。
2.处理量超过200000m3／d的设备按需要另行设计。
3.介干两种规格之间的设备可选用相近型号的设备或按需要另行设计。
4.订货时须注明采用钟氏或比氏沉砂池，排砂采用砂泵或气提，是否提供桥架。
