皮带输送机主要由机架、输送皮带、皮带辊筒、张紧装置、传动装置等组成。机身采用优质钢板连接而成 ，由后支腿的高低差形成机架，平面呈一定角度倾斜。机架上装有皮带辊筒、托辊等，用于带动和支承输送皮带。有减速电机驱动和电动滚筒驱动两种方式。

皮带输送机广泛用于冶金、煤炭、水电、矿山等部门中用来输送散装物料或成件的输送。在设备生产中广泛的应用在石料生产线的输送中。

工作原理：该设备采用连续式槽形带式，物料由格栅或脱水机卸料口落入输送带上，在电动滚筒的驱动下，物料从一端移动到另一端，末端与垃圾桶相衔接，再另行处理
