U型螺旋式输送设备WLS-320

是输送粉状、小颗粒状及小块状等散状物料的连续输送设备，在密闭管道内，以链片为传动构件带动物料沿管道运动。输送机当水平输送时，物料颗粒受到链片在运动方向的推力。当料层间的内摩擦力大于物料与管壁的外摩擦力时，物料就随链片向运动，形成稳定的料流；当垂直输送时，管内物料颗粒受链片向上推力，因为下部给料阻止上部物料下滑，产生了横向侧压力，所以增强了物料的内摩擦力，当物料间的内摩擦力大于物料与管内壁外摩擦力及物料自重时，物料就随链片向上输送，形成连续料流。螺旋输送机结构新颖密封性能好，可在若干位置进行中间加载和多点加载，操作简单，方便可靠。是在化工建材粮食等部门中广泛应用的一种输送设备。

2、各减速器，运动部件加注相应润滑油。

3、安装管式输送机达到要求后各单台设备进行手动工作试车，并结合起来调试输送机以满足动作的要求。

工作原理：

WLS无轴螺旋输送机是利用旋转的螺旋将被输送的物料沿固定的机壳内推移而进行输送工作，头部及尾部轴承移至壳体外，WLS型无轴螺旋输送机吊轴承采用滑动轴承，设有防尘密封装置，WLS型无轴螺旋输送机轴瓦一般采用粉末冶金，输送水泥采用毛毡轴瓦，吊轴和螺旋轴采用滑块连接。
