推流曝气机产品简介：

TLB 推流曝气机，河道、湖泊、池塘用造流曝气机，总称 TLB 经济型推流曝气机，具有高 效增氧，大流量，抗堵塞，寿命长、运行噪音低等特征。它是一种适用于水体治理的曝气设备及水体循环设备，广泛应用于城市河道、黑臭河道、人工湖、自然湖泊等水体；在水体修复实践中，对水体复氧、水体循环、底泥改善等；针对各种水体具有与之对应的适合安装方式。

推流曝气机设计要点
TLB 推流曝气机是利用文丘里原理发展起来的一种多用途曝气增氧设备，它利用高速水流在射流器喉部产生负压，空气在压力差的作用下经吸所气管自动吸入射流器，在射流器喉部与水形成汽水混合物，经剧烈的搅动，空气被粉碎成较微小的气泡，成为乳化状的汽水混合液。

经过射流器扩散段，汽水混合液由速头转成压头，微细气泡进一步被压缩，增大了空气在水中的溶解度，形成溶气水；之后溶气水从射流器扩散口喷出，在水体中产生强烈的涡流搅拌，大量的氧气随细微气泡溶解于水中，经过设备造流作用将溶解氧进一步
输送至远处，从而完成了氧的全部转移过程。

●TLB 经济型推流曝气机是一体化设备，同时 TLB 曝气器也具有与其它设施相配套的接口，使用更方便；
●TLB 曝气器材质采用氟塑料(PVDF),抗氧化、耐酸碱腐蚀，设备的导流筒与支架采用不锈钢材料，有效延 长设备使用寿命；
●特有的流线形设计，解决了传统曝气机易堵塞与维修难的问题；
●传统曝气设备氧转换率一般低于 12%,而造流曝气机设置了导流室和混合室，氧转换率大于 30%。
●氧气有效传输距离远，可扩散至 60 米以外，形成区域性强大水流；
●大感应水流，水体复氧范围放大 30-50 倍，低成本低能耗地实现了大流量循环复氧；
●推流作用产生了明显的循环效果，设备可采用多种安装方式，适应不同需求的水体，因此，安装、维护与日常管理十分便利。

安装步骤与维护
漂浮式安装方式适应范围广，安装维护方便，不受水位变化影响，适应水深大于0.8M，有插杆、锚固和驳岸牵拉三种固定方式。根据要求随时移动，整个设备只有少量浮体露于水面，对水面景观影响小，配合人工浮岛，起到水上绿化，美化水体效果。太阳能射流曝气机大流量富氧污染水流不断刺激浮田型浮床上的植物根系，促进根系快速生长，繁茂的根系错综复杂交织在一起，形成真正意义上的浮田浮岛。植物根系发展成为“填料”，表面成为微生物着床的理想地点，形成生物膜吸附分解有机物，为植物生长提供养分。水体在植物根系及着床微生物的共同作用下，源源不断的去除水中有机物、氮、磷等物质，形成微型生态系统，从而有效改善水体水质。
