螺旋压榨机是拦污格栅的配套设备，它是由进料斗、压榨螺旋、螺旋管、排渣管和驱动装置组成。格栅捞取的栅渣或过滤后滤渣从进料斗进入螺旋管，在压榨螺旋的作用下被挤压、脱水。从物料中被挤出的水透过滤网汇集到接水盆并由排水管排出，物料被压缩后经排渣管排出，从而可以大大地减少栅渣等杂物的重量和体积。螺旋压榨机由排水区、进料区、螺旋输送区、出料区组成。栅渣进入料区，通过螺旋压榨机在压实区进行压实后栅渣排出，废液从栅条中流入集水管

产品特点本产品主要由驱动装置、头部装配、机壳、无轴螺旋体、槽体衬板、进料口、出料口、机盖（需要时）、底座等组成。
1、驱动装置：采用摆线针轮轮减速机或轴装式硬齿面齿轮减速机，设计时应尽可能将驱动装置设在出料口端，使螺旋体在运转时处在受拉状态。
2、头部装配有推力轴承，可承输送物料时产生的轴向力。
3、机壳：机壳为U型或O型，上部加防雨型机盖，材质有不锈钢或碳钢或玻璃钢。
4、无轴螺旋体：材质为不锈钢或碳钢。
5、槽体衬板：材质为耐/磨的塑料板或橡胶板或铸石板等。
6、进、出料口：有方形和圆形两种，一般进、出料口形式由用户决定。
