1、拥有 利的静刀片与动刀片的装配：为何静刀片易损？破碎装置采用双边直齿破碎，静刀片与刀片具有相同切消功能。刀片的数量合理，从而避免动物尸体进入料仓无法粉碎的情况发生；

2、轴承的集装：为避免停工期和昂贵的维修费用，动物尸体粉碎机轴承的腔体用不锈钢套筒替代。这样的设计优点是可以在不拆卸整个设备的情况下更换密封与轴承。

工作原理

RJG型动物绞割机采用双刀式设计，动刀片与静刀片相互啮合。其动刀片与静刀片都具有切削功能，因此它的破碎能力强于其它普通的双轴动物尸体粉碎机。从而提高了切削效率，使动物尸体可以粉碎到理想的大小。

这项 利设计避免了纤维状物体缠绕在静刀片上，一旦静刀片被缠绕会导致密封失效，导致轴断裂。

为了提高切削效率，我们采用了一项特别的设计，将密封与轴承集装。采用这种结构优点是可在不拆卸整个设备的情况下快速地更换密封与轴承，避免与普通动物尸体粉碎机结构雷同。
