针对市场现有微孔曝气机市场发展需求又开发了浮船式微孔曝气增氧机。安装成本低；不需铺设管道，可根据需求，随时移动增氧位置；维护简单，操作便利。

1.安装浮船和支架：将浮船与机架用螺栓连接。

2.安装风机和电机：将风机和电机用螺栓连接安装在风机机架总成上。

3.安装球阀总成：将宝塔头和球阀用生料带连接，并将球阀总成用生料带密封安装在机器主管道上。

4.安装管道总成：将管道总成与风机出口用生料带密封连接（可安装单向阀，单向阀安装方向 须与单向阀箭头和风机出口一致，防止装错影响正常使用）。

5.固定管道总成：将安装好的管道总成用机架上的管卡及螺栓固定。

6.空载试机：接通电源，检查电动机转向是否与风机标牌所示方向一致，如方向不一致，可调整电机接线。

7.安装防雨罩。

8.安装微孔曝气增氧机：将安装好的主机放入池塘，确定主机位置，接好电源，用尼龙绳或固定杆固定好增氧机。

9.安装微孔曝气盘：将已联结好的微孔曝气盘总成（含软管、微孔曝气管、支架）连接到出气管道的接头上，并用卡箍锁紧，再将微孔曝气盘总成放置到所需增氧位置；微孔曝气盘软管长度应在10~30米范围内，具体长度可由用户自行确定，但长度不宜过长，否则影响曝气效果。

10.试机：打开电源开关，机器工作，观察主机运行是否正常；如正常，观察各微孔
