皮带输送机置于格栅除污机或污泥脱水机后,用于输送栅渣和泥饼。
带式输送机是一种摩擦驱动以连续方式运输物料的机械。主要由机架、输送带、托辊、滚筒、张紧装置、传动装置等组成。它可以将物料在一定的输送线上，从zui初的供料点到zui终的卸料点间形成一种物料的输送流程。它既可以进行碎散物料的输送，也可以进行成件物品的输送。除进行纯粹的物料输送外，还可以与各工业企业生产流程中的工艺过程的要求相配合，形成有节奏的流水作业运输线。

皮带输送机的结构形式为皮带输送，其结构设计保证物料流通，并带有托水盆，无渗漏。
驱动装置所有结合面的密封处无渗漏。
驱动装置具有过载保护功能，应能满足24小时连续运行。电机防护等为IP55，绝缘等为F。
驱动装置设有防护罩，其结构形式便于维修检查，并能满足室外安装的要求。
皮带输送机与格栅除污机联动，现场设有手动控制开关。

皮带输送机施工中的选择要点
　　1、皮带输送机就位，应按施工图和有关基础、支承建筑结构的实测资料，确定连续输送主要设备的纵向和横向中心线以及基准标高点，作为设备安装的基准。站房、基础、预埋件、预埋螺栓的尺寸和位置的允许偏差。
　　2、输送机纵向中心线与基础实际轴线距离的允许偏差为±20mm。
　　3、组装头架、尾架、中间架及其支腿等支架应符合下列要求：
　　（1）机架中心线与皮带输送机纵向中心线应重合，其偏差不应大于 3mm。
　　（2）机架中心线的直线度偏差在任意 25m 长度内不应大于 5mm。
　　（3）在垂直于机架纵向中心线的平面内，机架横截面两对角线长度之差，不应大于两对角线长度平均值的3/1000。
　　（4）机架支腿对建筑物地面的垂直度偏差不应大于2/1000。
　　（5）中间架的间距，其允许偏差为±1.5mm，高低差不应大于间距的2/1000。
　　（6）接头处的左右偏移偏差不应大于 1mm。
