产品结构及工作原理：
桨式搅拌机系统是一种通过利用加药搅拌器与反应池结合，桨式搅拌机-加药搅拌器由电机、摆线齿轮变速箱（内有摆线变速齿轮组）、搅拌轴及搅拌叶片组成，当给电机送电后，电机则带动搅拌轴和搅拌叶片旋转；通过加药搅拌器旋转推动反应池内水流运动从而使反应池内药剂与水充分结合并反应，缩短了药剂与水的混合时间，大幅度提高的药剂的使用效率。

立式桨叶搅拌机
搅拌器的设计造型要与搅拌作业目的紧密结合。不同的搅拌过程需要由不同的搅拌器来实现，在设计选型时先要根据工况对搅拌作业的目的和要求，确定搅拌器型式、电动机功率、搅拌速度、密封形式，然后选择减速机、机架、搅拌轴、轴封等各部件。
其具体步骤方法如下：
1.按照工艺条件、搅拌目的和要求，选择搅拌器型式，选择搅拌器型式时应充分掌握搅拌器的动力特性和搅拌器在搅拌过程中所产生的流动状态与各种搅拌目的的因果关系。
2.按照所确定的搅拌器型式及搅拌器在搅拌过程中所产生的流动状态，工艺对搅拌混合时间、沉降速度、分散度的控制要求，通过实验手段或计算机模拟设计，确定电动机功率、搅拌速度、搅拌器直径。
浆式搅拌机包括工作部分（垂直搅拌轴、搅拌机）、支撑部分（轴承装置、机座）和驱动部分（电动机、减速机）及连接附件等。
驱动电机
A.电动机为卧式交流鼠笼感应电动机，其设计、制造和出厂实验都应符合相应标准，防滴漏型，380V、三相、50HZ，输出功率保证不超过电动机铭牌上所示功率。
B.电动机在海拔3000m的高度运行，保证能满足额定功率。
C.电动机的功率能够满足搅拌机的特定需要。
5．材质及防腐
搅拌机水下部件（轴及桨叶）采用碳钢材质并做防腐处理。
