适用范围

适用于给水、排水水质净化、污废水处理及化工、石油、电厂、纺织、造纸、医学等行业工程的设备系统。对可溶性固体、胶体和高浓度液态的各类药剂进行溶解、混合、定比稀释计量投加。

设备配置

本设备为一体化装置。主要有搅拌机、溶液罐、二过滤装置、配比浓度药液储存罐、计量输送泵及电控柜、机座架等部件所组成。根据药液性质采用多种材质及防护层。具有结构紧凑、投药系统不易堵塞、操作管理方便等特点。

管道混合器工作原理

管道混合器也称管式静态混合器，在给排水和环保工程中对投加各种混凝剂、助凝剂、酸碱中和、气水混合等方面都非常有效，是处理水域各种药剂实现快速混合的理想设备，具有快速高效混合、结构简单，节约能耗、体积小巧等特点，在不需外动力情况下，水流通过管道混合器会产生分流、交叉混合和反向旋流三个作用，使加入的药剂迅速、均匀地扩散到整个水体中，达到瞬间混合的目的，混合效率高达90~95%，可节省药剂用量约20~30%。
