如克桨式搅拌机溶药搅拌机主要由减速机、机架、联轴器、搅拌轴、桨板等组成。桨板旋转后，池中投加的药剂充分地溶解，药剂分子与污水中有害物质迅速反应，达到消毒，除污作用。

性能特点

1. JBJ型桨式搅拌机减速比大，效率高：一传动减速比为9-87，双传动减速比为121⁻⁷569，多组合可达数万，且针齿合系套式滚动摩擦，齿合表面无相对滑动，故一减 率达94%。
2. 运转平民，噪音低，在运转中同时接触的齿数较多，重合度大，运转平稳，过载能力强，振动和噪音低，各种规格的机型噪音均在85db（A）以下。
3. 使用可靠，寿命长，因主要零件是采用高碳合金钢猝火处理（hrc58-62），在精磨而成，且摆线齿和针齿套合传递至针齿形成滚动摩擦时，摩擦系数小，使齿合区无相对滑动，磨损小，所以经久耐用。
4. 结构紧凑，占地面积小，处理量大，能耗低落；体积小，与同功率的其它减速机相比，重要体积小1/3以上，由于是行星转到，输入轴和输出轴在同一轴线上，以获得尽可以小的尺寸。

安装步骤与维护

1. 先组织安装人员熟悉设备安装图的结构、作用和特点，并了解设备的有关技术要求；
2. 设备开箱应有人负责，开箱后应按照装箱单检查设备零部件是否完整、有无损坏，必要时应进行检修、清洗和涂油；
3. 按工艺布置检查搅拌机桨板旋向是否与实际要求相符。

安装指南

1. 安装将搅拌轴安装轴承位置涂黄油（如有轴承）；
2. 将机架安装在混凝土或工作桥上；
3. 安装减速机；
4. 用联轴器将搅拌轴与减速机轴相联接；
5. 用紧定螺钉将联轴器与两轴并紧；
6. 安装桨板（如是多层桨板，其间距可根据工艺定）；
7. 整机运行调试，注意旋转方向。

电线接法

a) 四芯线：三芯粗线的为三相电火线，一芯线黄/绿双色为地线。

b)五芯线：三芯粗线的为三相电火线，一芯线黄/绿双色为地线，一芯线是31#线（电机漏水信号线）

c)七芯线：三芯粗线的为三相电火线，一芯线黄/绿双色为地线，一芯线是31#线（电机漏水信号线），另外两芯线是11#，12#线（电机过热保护信号线）

3.4保养

a)使用之请加2号油脂，如果24小时运转2个月加一次油。
