设产品用途：
潜水回流泵主要用于市政工程、污水处理环保工程等行业，可用于排送带固体颗粒及纤维的污水、回流污泥、废水。潜水回流泵是在引进德国潜水电机生产技术基础上自行研发的产品，潜水回流泵为二污水处理厂混合液回流、反硝化脱氮的 用设备。亦可用于地面排水、灌溉和废水处理 过程中再循环等需要微扬程、大流量的 场所。
结构简介：潜水回流泵三相鼠龙电机，380V三相50HZ，防护等IP68，定子绝缘等F，直接启动。潜水回流泵轴承——用终身润滑轴承，NSK或SKF原装进口品牌，使用寿命超过40000小时。潜水回流泵叶轮——回流泵配的轴向运行的三叶轮，叶轮具有良好的自清洁与免震动功能。叶轮的设计同时可以满足大流量与低扬程的要求，并在轴向形成大流量。潜水回流泵密封——采用瑞典飞力潜水电机密封技术，确保密封安全可靠。潜水回流泵密封监测——当水进入油室后，探头侧漏系统中的湿度传感器将自动发出报警信号，以便及时查出，防止出现二次故障。温度监测——电机绕组采用过热保护工艺，一旦由于电机过载，介质温度过高或其他原因造成过热，温度传感器会在温度超过许用温度限以及时发出报警信号或自动关闭水泵。自动耦合系统——回流泵配单根导轨自动耦合系统，保证快捷的安装、提升和维护。
应用域
1、连续运行时，介质温度不高于40℃；
2、介质PH值为6-9。
3、潜没深度10m。

1、电缆：电缆采用特制水密电缆；
2、接线盒：接线盒是全封闭的，与周围液体和定子箱是隔离的；
3、电机：50Hz鼠笼式3相潜水异步电动机，F绝缘，防护等IP68。电机由周围介质冷却；
4、轴：电动机的轴采用不锈钢材料制作，转子作动平衡试验；
5、密封：静密封为O型密封圈。轴密封为机械密封，将油室与周围介质隔离；
6、轴承：采用进口轴承，设计使用寿命可达100，000小时以上；
7、油室：油用于润滑和冷却机械密封摩擦副，并隔离渗透液；
8、叶轮：叶轮有三枚叶片，叶片宽而薄，表面光滑呈后掠式，无阻运转，且具有自清功能；
9、进口锥管：进口锥管的目的是为了形成较好的流动状态；
10、排出接头：排出接头用于将进口锥管固定在出水管上；
11、引导装置：引导装置由两根管子（导管）和上方导管夹具所组成。
