皮带输送机置于格栅除污机或污泥脱水机后,用于输送栅渣和泥饼。
带式输送机是一种摩擦驱动以连续方式运输物料的机械。主要由机架、输送带、托辊、滚筒、张紧装置、传动装置等组成。它可以将物料在一定的输送线上，从zui初的供料点到zui终的卸料点间形成一种物料的输送流程。它既可以进行碎散物料的输送，也可以进行成件物品的输送。除进行纯粹的物料输送外，还可以与各工业企业生产流程中的工艺过程的要求相配合，形成有节奏的流水作业运输线。

驱动装置所有结合面的密封处无渗漏。
驱动装置具有过载保护功能，应能满足24小时连续运行。电机防护等为IP55，绝缘等为F。
驱动装置设有防护罩，其结构形式便于维修检查，并能满足室外安装的要求。
皮带输送机与格栅除污机联动，现场设有手动控制开关。

抗腐蚀

卖方应根据买方提出的使用条件,所接触的介质等情况对设备采取有效的喷涂措施。设备在喷涂之,表面的铁锈、油脂等脏物清除干净。处理别为Sa21/2。所有钢结构进行喷锌处理。
设备检验
每台设备须经检查试验合格，并附有产品合格证和使用维护说明书方可出厂。在全部设备安装完毕，我方进行现场测试，测试内容及测试结果满足标书的各项技术要求，并得到买方工程师的认可。
