产品功能
如克无轴螺旋输送机主要用于废水处理，造纸业、化学工业垃圾的输送处理，常用型号有:WLS219 ,WLS315,WLS400等。无轴螺旋输送机在输送原理上与一般螺旋输送机基本相同，只是在结构上螺旋体有带轴与不带轴的区别。无轴螺旋输送机材质有普通碳钢和304不锈钢.
产品特点：
1>、环保性能好。采用全封闭和易清洗的螺旋表面可保证所送物料不受污染不会泄漏输送物料。
2>、输送量大。输送量是相同直径有轴螺旋输送机的1.5倍。
3 >、转距大，能耗低。排料口不堵塞。
4>、输送距离长，单机输送长度可达60~70m。
5>、结构紧凑，节省空间，外形美观，操作简便，经济耐用。

无轴螺旋输送压榨机 大功率螺旋压榨输送机主要结构与工作原理
螺旋压榨机主要结构由驱动机构、底部支架、料斗、集水斗、螺旋杆、料筒、输渣管等部件组成。
1、主要结构：
1) 螺旋杆采用厚壁钢管与高强度螺旋叶片焊接而成，有足够承受扭矩和弯矩及轴向力的能力，安全系数为5。两端用钢板封住管口，封板面经用车床加工并配钻与轴联接的螺栓孔，保证其同心度符合要求。螺旋叶片经用模具压制成形，用用靠模工装将叶片焊接在无缝钢管上，保证了叶片的垂直度和叶片之间间距均匀，叶片焊好并整形后用用车床加工外圆，精加工后的外圆尺寸要求为±0.1mm。
2) 料筒采用无缝钢管或用钢板卷制，两端设有联接法兰，一端与传动机构相连，另一端与出料输渣管相连，螺旋杆在内部转动，螺旋杆与筒壁之间留有一定的配合间隙，使螺旋杆运行无阻滞。料筒上方开一个至多个进料口，进料口上方装有进料斗，使栅渣能完全落入。
3) 驱动机构采用立式减速机传动，该减速具有传动扭矩大，噪音低，使用寿命长等特点。
4) 输渣筒用钢板卷制成锥形结构，下小上大，下端与料筒子法兰连接，上端设有出料口，输渣筒一般与水平线成45°布置，将栅渣向高处输送压榨，使经过压榨的栅渣终落入栅车中。
2、工作原理：
栅渣进入位于料筒上方的入料口，落入料筒内，当驱动装置驱动螺旋杆转动时，栅渣被螺旋推动着进，至输渣管处强行向上输送挤压，栅渣在并被压紧后从输渣管口处出来，落入栅车内。压出的水份由料筒下部泄水孔排出，由集水槽的出水管流出。
