ZQB/HQB型潜水轴流泵、混流泵主 要用 途和适用范围：

ZQB 型潜水轴流泵和 HQB 型潜水混流泵是我公司在消化吸收国外先进技术的基础上，与国内高等院校共同研制的新型泵类产品，它具有工程投资少，维护管理方便，运行条件好，工作可靠性高及有利于自动化等优点。它广泛应用于农田排灌，工矿船坞，城市建设，电站给排水和水利工程中。

ZQB/HQB型潜水轴流泵、混流泵使用条件 ：

适用于输送清水或物理化学性质类似于水的其它液体。

被输送介质温度：40℃；

被输送介质 PH 值： 5～9；

潜水深度： 10m；

每两次启动间隔时间不小于 10 分钟。

HOB型潜水轴流泵制造和装配工艺：

潜水轴流泵制造上采用许多先进的工艺手段。

1、潜水轴流泵叶轮采用先进的水力模型设计，叶轮动平衡采用上海申光平衡试验机进行平衡试验，使动平衡精度达到G6.3，从而确保水泵运行平稳，无振动、运行噪音小于70分贝。

2、潜水轴流泵电机引出线采用特殊加工处理。潜水轴流泵长期在水下运行，工况恶劣，加上其它人为的不利因素，电缆会遭到意外的损坏而使电机进水，电缆经过特殊硫化密封处理后消除了电缆破损而损坏电泵的隐患。

工作原理是：潜水电缆由橡胶外包皮、填充物及电缆内芯组成，每根电缆内芯又由内橡胶包皮及多股电缆铜芯线组成，当电缆外包皮或电缆内包皮破损后，介质水就会顺着电缆内芯与外包皮等的间隙或电缆内芯中的铜芯线间的间隙进入电机腔，从而烧毁电机，我公司针对上述现象，将单芯电缆去皮后锡化处理后植入橡胶中，然后再将单芯电缆植入橡胶中再用橡胶环密封，采用硫化橡胶水密电缆后，电机能潜入水下20米并正常工作，从根本上消除了水进入电机的途径，详见有关图纸。

3、潜水轴流泵转子轴和轴承等装配采用热压式装配，主要零部件和关键部件均在数控加工中心加工，在流水线上进行质量控制，在质量检测中心进行性能测试。

4、潜水轴流泵铸造运用先进的模具制造技术，采用亚什兰工艺制芯，三维空间尺寸精度准确，水力部件和叶片流道部件表面光滑、水力效率高，使零部件在制造过程中完全符合设计要求。

ZQB型潜水轴流泵和HQB型潜水混流泵是传统的水泵－－电动机机组的更新换代产品，机泵一体可长期潜入水中运行，具有一系列突出的优点。
