如克管式螺旋压榨机操作使用
螺旋压榨机 螺旋压榨脱水机 污水压榨机代替了传统的胶带式输送机，它具备了：维修简单、污染少、噪音小、工作效率高等优点。迅速被人们重视。不但能运送老式设备无法运送的轻软、细小、带状漂浮物质，而且还能将砂水分离，污物压榨。外形美观、结构合理。但是，该设备的主轴是一根无轴的螺旋，制作难度较大，以国内一直依赖进口，我厂经过多年的试验，成功研制出我国自己的无轴螺旋。

1、采用无轴螺旋、与物料接触面小，摩擦力低，可以提高挤压效率。并且无堵塞，无缠绕现象;
2、设备采用不锈钢制造，强度大，耐腐蚀性好，使用寿命长;
3、驱动装置采用轴装直接驱动方式，运行平稳可靠，能耗省;
4、出口设有弹簧挡板增大挤压力，提高脱水率;

包括机架、传动装置、电机、进料口、外壳体、脱水室、分离室、出料口和出液槽，机架上依次安装有安装架、脱水室、分离室，安装架内装有主轴，安装架上端固定安装有电机；电机通过传动装置与主轴相连接；脱水室内安装有螺旋轴，主轴与螺旋轴相连接，脱水室上端连接进料口；脱水室一端与安装架相连接，脱水室的另一端有出料口，分离室位于脱水室出料端的外部，脱水室底部设有过滤滤网。本发明脱水分离后的固体含水率低，便于下一工序加工，分离后的液体里面残渣少，操作简单，占地面积小，处理量大，连续工作效率高，处理效果好。
