AF型双绞刀泵与普通污水泵的区别
独有双道切割水力部件设计，水泵叶轮加装切割旋转刀头，进水口部装固定刀，旋转刀与固定刀均为硬质合金煅制。被输送介质中的杂质在进入叶轮流道即被绞碎，如手套、塑料编织袋等杂物，均能在瞬间绞碎，抽吸排出。

产品特点：
1 双道切断水力部件设计，水泵叶轮加装切割旋转刀头，进水口部装固定刀，旋转刀与固定刀均为硬质合金煅制。被输送介质中的杂质在进入叶轮流道即被绞碎，如手套、塑料编织袋等杂物，均能在瞬间绞碎，抽吸排出。
9 采用大通道抗堵塞水力部件设计，能有效地通过直径 25~125 毫米固体颗粒；
AF型双绞刀泵设计结构
1、设计采用大通道水力部件，能够通过一定直径的颗粒，实现无阻塞排污；
2、电机等F，电机腔内温度可达135℃，防护等IP68；
3、电机线圈绕组内设有两组热敏开关，设定温度125℃，有效防止电机过热；
4、采用高质量机械密封，材质为碳化硅碳化钨或碳化钨碳化钨；
5、采用进口NSK轴承，轴承使用寿命大于100000小时；
6、轴密封系统有一油室，设置在轴承座与电机和液体之间，有润滑和冷却密封装置的作用，油室内装有泄露保护器，一旦机械密封失效，油室进水，便可报警；
7、潜水密封电缆采用独特设计及特殊硫化处理，有效防止电缆漏水；
